UPDATED CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
a note on our new cancellation & no-show policy
If you've been part of the ever community for any length of time, you know how it feels to want a spot in a class and not be able to get one. You refresh the booking page. You add yourself to the waitlist. You hope someone's plans change.
Starting September 14, 2026, we're updating our cancellation and no-show policy and we wanted to take a moment to tell you why, because it isn't about fees. It's about making sure more of you get into the classes you actually want.
what's changing
Cancel more than 6 hours before class: keep your class credit, no fee -same as always, just more time to cancel without losing a class
Cancel within 6 hours of class: your class credit is forfeited, plus a $9 fee
No-show: your class credit is forfeited, plus a $19 fee
why we're doing this
Every reformer in our studio is one of a limited number of spots, and every one of you deserves a real shot at getting into the class you signed up for… not just the class that happens to have a last-minute opening.
When a reservation goes unused, it isn't just an empty machine. It's a member on the waitlist who didn't get to move that day, a class that felt less full than it should have, a little less community in the room. This change is about closing that gap so the spots you all want are actually available to you, and so booking a class means something.
how its happening
Over the next billing cycles, we'll be updating each membership and class package to include the new Client Agreement with this revised policy language. Once your account has been updated, you'll be prompted to review and sign the new Client Agreement and Liability Waiver the next time you book a class. This is a quick, one-time step in the app, and your membership, credits, and schedule will carry over exactly as they are. If you have any questions about the new policy or the updated agreement, just reach out to us at the studio and we'll be happy to walk you through it.
what hasn't changed
The heart of this studio. So many of you already give us a heads-up the moment your plans shift, and that consideration is exactly what keeps ever running the way it does; full of movers who show up for themselves and for each other. This policy is really just us catching up to the standard you've already set.
Thank you for being the kind of community that makes this place worth protecting. We’re endlessly grateful for each of you, and we can't wait to keep moving together.
With gratitude,
ever Pilates
