Teaching Style in One word: Uplifting

What Inspired You to Become a Pilates Instructor? My fitness journey has been anything but traditional. I struggled both mentally and physically when it came to working out. My focus was always on "losing fat" and "shedding weight," which led me to sign up for numerous gym memberships and invest in expensive personal trainers—but in the end, I was left with nothing more than bills and frustration.

Everything changed when I discovered Pilates, specifically the reformer. It was truly love at first session. I was so captivated by the practice that I committed to 60 group classes, completing them in just 2.5 months. That experience completely transformed my relationship with movement and my body.

Years later, I decided to pursue Pilates Teacher Training not just to teach, but to deepen my own understanding of the practice. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could teach others, but I was passionate about training myself. Little did I know, once I started teaching, I realized I was born for this!

Now, teaching Pilates is not just my career—it's my calling. I wake up every day excited to connect with students, guiding them on how to move their bodies with intention, use Pilates equipment properly, and unlock their full potential. Over the years, my students have become more than just clients—they've become friends, and in many ways, family. I can genuinely see myself growing old and still teaching Pilates, sharing this life-changing practice with others.

So, if you're looking for a Pilates instructor who’s passionate, fun, and just a little bit obsessed with proper form, I’m your person!

Favorite Pilates move to teach? Definitely the plank! It’s the ultimate total-body exercise—you can do it pretty much anywhere, with or without props. Sure, anyone can plank, but let’s be real, not everyone can rock a strong, powerful plank. When you nail it, it’s like your whole body is saying, “I’ve got this!”
