Teaching Style: Jeanette’s classes are playful, precise, and energizing, grounded in strong fundamentals and elevated through detail-driven coaching. She’s form-forward and motivating, with a strong emphasis on breath, control, and stability, and she’ll guide you with mostly verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, when helpful. Her pace is intentionally slow and deliberate so you can lock in technique, then layer challenge as you progress across class levels. You’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and more confident on the reformer.
