What Inspired You to Become a Pilates Instructor?  After my own Pilates practice transformed my strength and well-being, I decided to deepen my practice by learning about the fundamentals and principles. From there, I met some amazing mentors who brought the practice to life. Over the past decade I have watched how being an instructor has helped others feel the same sense of empowerment and confidence in their own bodies.

Favorite Pilates exercise to teach? The roll down – this exercise is a full body integration of breath and body. The roll down is like a moving meditation that teaches you to listen to your body, breathe with purpose, and move with intention — all pillars of a strong mind-body connection
