Teaching Style in One word: Athletic

What Inspired You to Become a Pilates Instructor?  I was a competitive gymnast my whole life, but after tearing both of my ACLs, I struggled to comfortably return to the sport. I needed a form of movement that could bridge the gap between physical therapy and getting back to gymnastics at full capacity. Pilates helped me do exactly that. Now, I teach with the hope of helping others find joy in movement -- no matter what stage of life you're in (trust me, it doesn't have to be miserable). Whether you're recovering from an injury, brand new to Pilates, an athlete, or an advanced student - EVERYONE is welcome in my classes. I'm here to help you become the best version of yourself from the inside out.

Favorite Pilates move to teach? Pilates plank - you'll rarely leave my class without doing one!
